ENTERTAINMENT / THINGS TO DO
We have 2 driving simulators at ROAR www.simsportuk.co.uk/multimedia.html: will run the fastest lap competition in a Formula renault single seater simulator and www.openwheeler.co.uk: will run a TVR head to head showdown simulation using Grand Turismo 5).

We have off road buggies on a bespoke course, lazer clay pigeon shooting, a TVR concept exhibit, 20 exhibitors, a rolling road, a polishing demonstration, a photographic talk and competition, a car show day judged by classic car magazine weekly, a treasure hunt in the peaks, a Noisiest TVR competition, a most powerful TVR competition, live demos on the rolling road and much much more! The hotel's spa will be open and luxury spa treatments are available for your other halves, (pre-booking is required).
The rolling road supplied by crazy horses racing team are taking bookings before and on the day. Ride drive will be offering free taster sessions throughout the weekend.
ROAR MEALS: PLACES AVAILABLE
There are still tickets available for the Friday and Saturday evening meals, so if you haven't booked please do so ASAP. It's Curry on Friday and a 3 course Meal on Saturday (informal) with a live band/DJ.

All of our rooms at the hotel are booked! If you are looking for accommodation, its worth calling the hotel and getting your name on the reserve list just in case, however the hotel has suggested the following alternatives:

The Alma Lodge in Stockport (0161 483 4116) have availability for both nights at £75. It is about a 25 minute drive.
There are B&B’s around the area and there are a couple of premier inns within 30 minutes (Heavily and central Stockport) these are normally £56 room only. www.premierinn.com

This year we will bring you the best of the industry, giving you the chance talk to TVR specialist companies from across the UK (See the Who's Coming Page). These companies will be bringing along examples of their work and demonstrating what they can do.
To complement the exhibitors we are inaugurating a series of events that you can either watch or take part in. We have called it the ROAR CHALLENGE. The challenge aims to embrace the competitive spirit in all TVR owners. The theme for the weekend is FUN, so throw your inhibitions to the wind and join in. There's plenty for you to do. See the Who's Coming and the The Challenge pages for further details.
We hope that we have put together a fun filled weekend that everyone can enjoy. We have a fantastic venue some great exhibitors and some great things for you to watch and take part in. All we need now is for you to pencil ROAR 2010 into your diaries!
If you wish to stay overnight, it will only cost you £50 for a double room for the night. Make sure when you contact the hotel you quote 'ROAR' to claim the discounted rate.
